Classes

We offer a range of heated yoga, Pilates and sculpt classes that help develop strength and flexibility. The heat created by our infrared panels penetrates the body deeply, improving circulation and promoting detoxification.

Beginners are welcome in any of our classes. You don’t need to be “flexible” to start practicing. Our classes include modifications to meet you where you are on your wellness journey. And we believe that moving your body should be joyful. So come sweat — and have fun — with us!

26+2 HotYoga

The original hot yoga sequence. The class consists of 26 postures and two breathing exercises done in a particular order to systematically work your entire body. The postures — combined with the heat — encourage detoxification, improved flexibility and circulation, and better overall health.

Vinyasa

A dynamic yoga flow class that synchronizes movement with breath. The postures promote improved balance, strength and flexibility.

Yin

Balance movement and stillness in this grounding practice that blends gentle flow with longer, meditative holds. The dynamic portion warms the body and opens energy pathways, while yin postures target deep connective tissues to enhance flexibility and release tension. The perfect compliment to more active practices.

Hot Mat Pilates

A combination of lengthening and strengthening core exercises that will build a strong balanced body, improve coordination and balance, and increase flexibility.

Sculpt

A full-body weight training, muscle-toning class that focuses on building overall strength and shape. A great complement to your yoga practice.

Ashtanga

Move through the traditional Primary Series — a flowing sequence of standing, seated, and finishing postures that build strength, flexibility, and focus. Guided by steady breath and mindful movement, this class purifies the body and calms the mind while deepening your connection to practice.
